Having started my working life in catering and working my way up to restaurant manager at the age of 21 I knew I had a passion for people (as well as food!)... That helped me build up my career in recruitment which I have enjoyed over the last 9 years working with some of the largest tech companies and most recognisable brands in the world.

My role is a hybrid of talent acquisition, discovering and welcoming talented people into CTI as well as talent development, working with our existing employees to help them identify opportunities to develop and progress in their career.
