Quarterly Awards
Each quarter, everyone nominates a colleague for each of our 5 core values - someone they feel has lived and breathed this value, with the winners announced in the company meeting. It's a great way of recognising individuals at a company-wide level.

Continuously Learning
Whether it's our Lunch & Learns, Partner demos, awareness talks on Imposter Syndrome and wellbeing or a Workshop on Behavioural Psychology, we foster a culture of Continuously Learning, encouraging our team to share their knowledge and skills with each other.
Social Scene
We know that a lot of time is spent at work, and our team work hard so we try to create opportunities for everyone to unwind and relax.
Social occasions mean different things to different people, so whether it's our annual pool tournament, a karaoke filled summer party, casual 5 a side football or an in office quiz... we have a social committee that try to put on social events that include everyone!
Canine-friendly
Having dogs in the office was something our team said they would find beneficial in terms of wellbeing.
The pooches are all well behaved and bring a smile to everyone's face when they are in.
Office Environment
Our hybrid working model is fantastic - and our office environments are full of interesting spaces! From our Photography Studio (pictured) to our UX lab and workshop rooms, through to our demo Shop and our Auditorium, a lot of effort has gone into designing our space for our team.
With multiple coffee machines (controlled by iPads) and plenty of plants, it's a collaborative space full of creativity and potential.
Community Engagement
We're passionate about supporting those looking to get into the digital industry. Most recently we have partnered with WYK Digital, a social enterprise aimed at empowering young people from all backgrounds to take that first step on to the ladder of a digital marketing career.
We also offer paid internships alongside work experience, so if you are interested in gaining experience in the digital sector, connect with us.
