ED&I within CTI Digital
We proactively take every opportunity to ensure our people are represented and feel included irrespective of who they are, where they work or what role they do. We aim to provide opportunities for all of our employees at all levels to get involved in our work, whether that’s through joining our Intersectional employee-led Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, attending specialist talks or writing blogs for awareness days.
Fair & Equal Pay
To ensure pay is fair and equal for all we: have pay bandings for all roles, benchmark our salaries regularly, disclose our salaries on our job adverts and all employees (including interns and work placement students) are paid the Real Living wage.
ED&I Committee
Our employee-led ED&I committee was founded in order to guide CTI Digital on our journey to becoming a truly diverse and inclusive employer, by promoting community and wellbeing for all, championing inclusion throughout the company, celebrating diversity and keeping the Board accountable.
EDI Celebration Week
Our ED&I committee organised our first EDI Celebration Week - which included questions posed by committee members throughout the week, a talk entitled "Neurodiversity in the Workplace and how to be inclusive" and an ED&I forum.

Representation in the Digital Sector
We are proud to participate in MPA's A Place for You campaign, which aims to boost representation and celebrate the diverse role models throughout the digital sector in Manchester.
Rachael Crosby (Head of QA) & Freddie Williams (People Partner - Talent & ED&I) were selected from several nominations with Freddie going on to be one of three role models to be featured on billboards and publicity material across the city of Manchester.
International Women's Day 2023
For IWD 2024, we share an update on our gender split in the company and leadership roles, our progress on the gender pay gap and highlight the importance of supporting all working parents, all year round.
