We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our People team; this role will be integral in shaping and maintaining our company culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring that our policies and procedures support our business goals. You will report directly to the HR Director and play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Development and Implementation
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Ensure that all employees are well-informed about HR policies and any changes to them.
Performance Management
Assist and develop managers in conducting regular appraisals and feedback sessions to support employee development and growth.
Provide support and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Collaborate with the talent team to design and implement effective talent management strategies.
Employee Relations
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing recommendations.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns and queries.
Compliance and Legal
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes, advising the company on necessary adjustments.
HR Data
Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
Take responsibility for maintaining and managing the HRIS
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Data driven with strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in HR software.
Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency is a plus.
