Based in the heart of Manchester, CTI is now one of the largest digital transformation agencies outside of London. Our journey is unique and we need dedicated and talented people to join us to help our continued growth and development. Not only will you have exposure to some exciting technologies but you’ll also get to know our various teams and departments.
Why our QA team
QA testing is an integral part of the development process and the Head of QA role contributes heavily to ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. Responsibilities include driving quality initiatives, developing and maintaining testing processes and tools, promoting a culture of excellence and helping the team maintain rigorous standards to support CTI’s success.
Our QA works across multiple sites and platforms in a fast-paced environment, so no two days are the same and there’s always something new to be getting stuck into!
As a team we want to make sure we are being the best we can be, so we encourage, we inspire and we support each other to reach not only our professional goals but also our personal goals. Although we take a hybrid approach, we still talk regularly to ensure maximum communication across the board.
